Common Scops Owl (469455/04)

A really unusual colour mutation for this Common Scops Owl, belived to be called a 'blue or silver' variant.

Nicely presented on a treated wooden perch, secured to a polished wooden base.

This was a captive bred bird and still has its closed ring on its left leg.
It died of natural causes.

This is a CITES II, Annex A specimen that will require Import/export licences, along with the A10, outside the UK.
